L'AUBERGE DES GOUBELINS
In presenting a slate of original dishes concocted by the chef.
Pass through a magnificent porch, and you arrive at this equally magnificent restaurant, right in the heart of the Manoir du Tourp. The menu is full of surprises, depending on the chef's inspiration, and the dishes are well prepared, sometimes original: boeuf bourguignon with pork ventrèche, navarin de veau with olives or filet de bar with Cotentin vegetables. The place, also a tea room, is also a beautiful place: you lunch, or dine, in 16th-century walls made of blue schist. A real favorite.
