LE MOULIN À VENT
Restaurant with a breathtaking view offering local and seasonal products.
The panorama is striking, and the wind, often present, gives the place a particularly romantic side. Here, the cuisine is in communion with a territory, between land and sea: creative, gastronomic and especially succulent, attached to local and seasonal products. Here, the menus have evocative names, such as Cap Cotentin or Dégustation. A last menu, "Japon Tradition", combines the chef’s know-how and the products of the Land of the Rising Sun. This restaurant, unlike any other, is well worth the rather high prices indicated.
