Located in the heart of the village of Auderville in La Hague, the restaurant La Maille aux Épices offers a pleasant setting for lunch or dinner. You'll discover an inventive cuisine, where the quality of the ingredients and the subtle combination of flavors reveal the talent of chef Jérôme Lithard. The cuisine evolves with the seasons and daily arrivals. This establishment is especially renowned for its "discovery" menu, which will take you on a journey with its spices and sauces. You can enjoy 2 or 3 starters + 2 or 3 main courses, or 2 or 3 main courses + 2 or 3 desserts. A Trio Complète formula with 3 starters + 3 main courses + 4 desserts is also available. The La Malle Aux Épices menu features a wide selection of traditional dishes. Fish and seafood lovers will be delighted. For example, you can choose from tuna carpaccio d'ici et d'ailleurs, oysters from Denneville or fish from the market.
