This new place in the heart of Sourdeval quickly found its audience, and it is easy to understand why: a vast establishment surrounded by two beautiful terraces, and above all a cuisine made mainly of products from short circuits, guaranteeing a beautiful freshness, such is JC Brasserie’s credo. Olivia and Matthieu have indeed gone to great lengths to make the brewery (which becomes a bar during the day) a place full of life where you can mainly enjoy grilled meats, the chef’s specialty, and it is true that they are excellent. Also, note that many parties are organized, and here too, the atmosphere is excellent.
