Establishment with two beautiful terraces guaranteeing a kitchen with beautiful freshness.
This new place in the heart of Sourdeval quickly found its audience, and it is easy to understand why: a vast establishment surrounded by two beautiful terraces, and above all a cuisine made mainly of products from short circuits, guaranteeing a beautiful freshness, such is JC Brasserie’s credo. Olivia and Matthieu have indeed gone to great lengths to make the brewery (which becomes a bar during the day) a place full of life where you can mainly enjoy grilled meats, the chef’s specialty, and it is true that they are excellent. Also, note that many parties are organized, and here too, the atmosphere is excellent.

On dirait qu'on y mange bien et que la terrasse offre une belle vue sur la vallée. Manifestement populaire auprès des Britanniques. Personnel charmant.

Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise ici. Le personnel est extrêmement sociable, serviable et tout à fait amical. La nourriture est super savoureuse et vous obtenez une assiette décente :) nous avons également eu de la musique en direct.délicieux et en vaut vraiment la peine !
