An active copper workshop with a store, offering a visit through a playful film to discover artisanal production.
L'Atelier du Cuivre, owned by the Jandelle group, is one of the oldest workshops still in operation for the artisan manufacture of copper parts, located in Villedieu and awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Start your visit with an entertaining film in a variety of languages, then admire the skills of our craftsmen, all of whom are "meilleurs ouvriers de France" (best craftsmen in France): repousseurs, tinsmiths, polishers and coppersmiths, according to the know-how of yesteryear. You'll see culinary items being made, as well as one-of-a-kind works of art. A boutique completes the experience.
