FERME LA GAUTRAIE

Nos enfants nous ayant offert une box nous avons séjourné a la ferme de la Gautraie pour une nuit . Accueil agréable chambre et salle de bain trés joliment décorés repas simple mais excellent ambiance chaleureuse et trés agréable quand au petit déjeuné il fut simplement trés copieux et avec uniquement des aliments frais et non de supermarché .Merçi a ce couple agréable et bien courageux pour ce trés bon momment de détente

We had reserved (around 1 BC month) a bed for 4 with breakfast and evening meals. When it is reported to us that we will not be in room but in a cottage (small house of outdoor) in the centre of St James (facing a bar) it is larger and we will be better here... we say us... Meal at 20:00... you will have to take over the car. The cottage is cold and dirty (jars, hair-dryer and small pieces of paper in the children's room). The meal is done without our guests: we are 8 adults (including a couple also rehoused cottages in 20 km!) and 4 children. Cold atmosphere as the main course that would have been nice (hake with cream). Entry: hardly warm pumpkin soup and bacon, dessert: galette (of the dream supermarket... one) with the full confectioner's custard apple, cheese (camembert is a execrable roof for the normans who we are and who they are!) and salad in sachets! in short we are far from the announced meal homemade food. We visit the cottage where the night opposite the bar is very rough (rodeo at 2:30... according to Catherine it never has no...) bedding and to be renewed urgently! We hope that the small déj can buy a little everything but not: baguette brioche of fasting Crossroads just 20m, brick orange juice in the refrigerator already open (and we will not try to taste...) and the top: Coffee cups are to be washed before making use of it! ... this first experience of the guesthouse was a disaster and this commentary is just used to avoid these you hardly guests friendly with the perforated socks... but their pockets... believe us!

2 Night stay to 4 in an apartment in spacious Saint James, more than in conformity with our expectations. We loved shared simple but good meal with other guests. The correct and hearty breakfast including the meal. To remake without hesitation.
