This excellent house in the south of France does not lack resources. And for good reason: the Maison Le Blanc offers a whole range of excellent products, from ham on the bone to pâtés and, more rarely in the area, andouillette and andouille de campagne. The Maison Le Blanc, named after Thierry, the master of these productions, can be found in Saint-Martin-de-Landelles or Saint-James, as well as on the local markets. The whole is obviously labeled Manche Terroirs, rewarding the quality of the productions.

Déçus il y a déjà qq années mais nous avons testé de nouveau, et bien ça n a pas changé...du jambon blanc hyper salé quasi immangeable, du boudin noir très sec et pas frais, quand à la chair à farcir, de couleur rose et qui sent le salami...et oui on y voit des restes de charcuteries mais pas vraiment de la chair à saucisse!

Nice clean butchers shop we use it regularly when we are in France if you can’t see what you want if you explain I’m sure you will come out of the shop with what you want.
