Situated along the Ouve River - as its name suggests - this inn is housed in a venerable building, facing the immensity of the Cotentin marshes. At the helm, Kevin offers fine cuisine, regularly renewed, and served with a smile by his partner. Their combined experience enables them to offer a range of local products, with a touch of the exotic. The yellow pollack with zucchini tempura or the panko breaded pork effiloché are not to be missed, provided you make a reservation in advance: the place is quite busy.

Une adresse à découvrir, à quelques mètres du fleuve Douve, dans un environnement champêtre très apaisant. Cuisine gastronomique française un peu "fusion" puisque la patronne est thailandaise. Délicieuses grillades très bien accompagnées, et desserts raffinés. Tout ça pour un prix imbattable. On peut aussi coupler le resto avec une balade en bateau électrique avec guide fascinant au départ de Liesville sur Douve.

La nourriture et le service sont excellents comme toujours, le seul reproche concerne les mouches dans la salle à manger, je sais que c'est près de la rivière, mais du papier à mouche ou un tue-mouche électronique serait le bienvenu.
