Last August saw the opening of this modern restaurant, unlike any other, on the outskirts of Granville. Indeed, the Alabama’s principle is to offer a gustatory experience based on convivial values, since here, wood-fired cooking is the norm and is done in front of the clientele. Meat dishes, of course, but also an extensive menu including pizzas make for a particularly hearty offering. A warm welcome and good value for money: what more could you ask for?
