La Forge d’Yvetot, on the road between Valognes and Bricquebec (there is a car park opposite), is first of all a place: wood panelling, a vast fireplace in which the chef grills good meats. On the menu, homemade food, it’s good, it’s fresh and you can smell it - and taste it. If the dishes are simple (salads, grills, omelettes, pasta...), they are delicious.
