SAINTE-THÉRÈSE CHAPEL AND MARTIN FAMILY HOME
Family home of Sainte-Thérèse de Lisieux featuring a chapel with relics of the Saint
Opposite the Orne prefecture, push open the door of the chapel of Sainte-Thérèse de Lisieux, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary and houses the relics of the saint, beatified in 1925. The walls are lined with marble plaques in recognition of her blessings, and her birth chamber is open to visitors. Next door, in the heart of the home of Louis and Zélie Martin, is a museum run by the Little Sisters of the Carmelite Sisters, Messengers of the Holy Spirit.
