This gourmet restaurant inside the Mythic Paros Hotel boasts an incredible panoramic sea view. But the real show is on the plate, with a menu prepared by the excellent chef Verdis Panagiotis. We really enjoyed the dentex fillet and salted mackerel, as well as the shrimp tartare and lemon tart with coconut sorbet. All washed down with a Chardonnay from Naoussa, a northern Greek cru. A real treat!
