A chain hotel that does not have the charm of the independent addresses but which has the merit of being very well placed in the city centre and right next to the port. The rooms are comfortable, some with breathtaking views over the port of Los Angeles.

Nice hotel for cruise stay over. Pools and hottub were clean. Hotel was a bit dated. New tvs in the rooms. Esy shuttle to the cruise. Overall great stay for the price and location.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cruise port, the reviews and we have used this franchise in another state. To clarify our issue was somewhat compensated. However, in my opinion, Kevin the supervisor needs to be properly trained in his position. He 100% failed and had nothing to do with the resolution of our issue. To be told multiple times that there is nothing he could do about our “situation” left me insulted, disappointed and speechless. We had a clogged sink and water overflowing in the bathroom at almost midnight. The smell and the noise to try to fix it with 2 kids in the room is unacceptable. I had to tell him how unsanitary and impossible it would be for the 4 of us to get ready for our cruise the next morning he still apologized and did NOTHING. Long story short my husband demanded to be moved to another room which we finally did after being told the hotel was booked. The next morning Olivia Montanez the Assistant General Manager said she was unable to meet with us. She was given our number and email and we did not hear from her. We came back from our cruise 7 days later and I had to reach out to her. She kindly and partially compensated and apologized. The rooms are a little outdated but comfortable. Pool and hot tub are available. Clean hotel and nice check in process. We will not be stayed here again nor recommend family and friends to stay. If we had not reached out I believe nothing would have been done.

Excellent place just the name says it all
The hotel itself is a little bit run down. We had a two bedroom suite on the top floor. It came with two double beds and one pull out couch. It also included 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom witch was nice. The tub was worn and the plugs near the bed did not work. There was a small fridge and microwave and TVs in both rooms. The beds were clean but not too comfortable. They bowed in the middle and were just... small.
The vouchers for a shuttle to the cruise were of no use to us because it was to the wrong location. So they were nice enough to include another 3 breakfasts for our family. Breakfast is not included in the regular room rates. Breakfast was decent. Had a nice breakfast bar with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk, fruit, cheese, deli meats, breads, danishes and more.
The reason I rated this hotel so low is because the night we came we noticed our full bathroom start to fill with cigarette smoke. We Called down to the front desk and let them know. We did not know if it was coming from below, or from the side but you could literally see the smoke in the bathroom. We shut the door so that it would stay in the bathroom. But throughout the night and into the morning it continued to the point it started to fill one of the bedrooms making it unusable. They said they would take care of it. But nothing ever happened and we finally left early because we could not breath. When we checked out they did take $50 off of our $220 bill for the "cruise package." I did appreciate the deduction but I felt like our concerns were never truly addressed and $50 was not an adequate response.
Service was polite... Managers were non existent.
