Established in 1983, the Phuket Aquarium is considered Thailand's first aquarium and showcases aquatic animals and the ecological environment of saltwater and freshwater aquatic animals. The highlight of this aquarium is the giant tunnel. With activities such as underwater animal feeding every Saturday and Sunday, visitors can get up close and personal with these interesting marine creatures. Not only does the place function as an aquarium, it's also part of the Phuket Marine Biology Center.
