This Ashtanga yoga centre has been based in the hollow of the bay for over 20 years, run by English people who divide their time between Crete and England. Classes on the island take place only in season. White houses with blue shutters summarily accommodate practitioners from all over the world for stays of 2 weeks, between sea, beach, meditation and yoga! The courses are also for beginners. For those who want to balance their chakras while enjoying their stay in the region!
