Sublime villa built in 1850 facing the sea in Saint James, a residential area between Muizenberg and Kalk Bay. Rented in self catering, this house has a lot of stamp. Many woodwork, charming windows, a simple but elegant garden and in common rooms, company games and books… In short, a wonderful holiday home, different from the âme villas you rent in the corner. The billiard room with an old-fashioned pub is superb. At the bottom, there is a state-of-the-art kitchen, two cosy lounges and a dining room. On the floor, a patio and rooms in charming recoins, including a royal suite with a large canopy bed. Outside, a terrace with tables, a garden with tropical palm trees, a superb swimming pool.
