A princely palazzo right on the piazza degli Eremitani, just a few steps from the chapel degli Scrovegni and its frescoes. Rooms and suites retain their original character (furniture, fabrics, parquet floors, large bathrooms...), but have been soberly refurbished for modern comfort. Some suites are fully-equipped apartments (70m2), with kitchenette and living room (for 2 or 3 people). Charming welcome from the owners and good breakfast served in style. A beautiful address that invites you to take a trip back in time.

The only small criticism was the lack of a full length mirror anywhere in the room.
The location is perfect for strolling around this beautiful historic city. The country's second oldest university is an amble away. We listened to students practising their instruments - one by one : a vibraphone, French horn and flute. At a nearby cafe we listened to three darling young (male) students riffing opera.
We will definitely return.
