Crowned by eight domes, this monumental 16th-century basilica is said to have stood on the remains of an ancient temple and the site of the martyrdom of Saint Justine. It preserves traces of an early Christian basilica and a medieval church. Inside, you'll admire a superb choir with carved wooden stalls and numerous 16th-century paintings and sculptures, including the altarpiece depicting the martyrdom of Saint Justine, immortalized by Veronese.
