Charming little museum with a valuable collection of magic lanterns in Padua.
With its eyes open on the Prato delle Valle, on the top floor of a charming palace, this small museum is located. It houses a collection of magic lanterns, optical instruments, but also shadow theaters and other objects from the pre-cinema period. We enjoy admiring the moving images through these projection devices from another era. This private gallery is said to be one of the most important in Europe in its field. Today it is carefully preserved by the family of Minici Zotti, the founder of the place.
