In this small bistro nestled on the banks of the canal, between the workshops of Murano's master glassmakers, you'll be served the essentials of regional and Italian cuisine with a smile. On the menu: polenta with squid ink, spaghetti with clams, fried calamari, as well as spaghetti with tomato sauce and lasagne bolognese. Pizzas are also available. In the dining room, exposed beams and white paint are omnipresent, apart from a few colorful paintings on the walls. A warm welcome. Nice terrace for sunny days.

I was surprised to see the bad reviews of this place. We went since the Airbnb we stayed in was just upstairs and it was convenient to not go too far. We sat outside, which I highly recommend because the view and the quiet adds to the experience. Murano after 5 pretty much shuts down, so it felt like we were the only people dining on that street. The service was a bit slow, but if you’re not in a hurry and are just there for a relaxed time, it doesn’t really matter. The waiter was very funny and interacted with us. All dishes were excellent except for the crab pasta which was a bit below average. So I would highly recommend the seafood pasta and the mussels.
