でも、昔のようにノリが良く一緒にご飯を楽しめる感じはなくなりました。スタッフが変わったせいですかね？もちろん気さくな方もいました。
リゾットを今回はいただきました。うまみが凝縮されていて美味しかったのですが、食感があいませんでした。リゾットは芯を若干残すのがアルデンテとなるとのことですが、芯の量と味がバランス悪かったです。食感的には2割程度、もしくはそれより少し多く芯が残っている感じでした。自分は1割以下の芯が残っている方がアルデンテかなと思っていました。ここは、好みなのでしょうか？
