We were blown away. The complex flavors from each dish, were only enhanced from the wine that was paired with it. The atmosphere of the kitchen and the beautiful views of the vineyard and tower, really was the cherry on top. If you want a meal that has taken the opportunity to produce a locally grown and sustainable taste of the region, then this is your place.
La scelta, che ho trovato geniale, di non introdurre la carne nel menù anche perché non naturalmente presnete sul territorio, è sicuramente l'emblema del rispetto verso quello che ci circonda.
