This small, historic hotel, open all year round, has 30 rooms of various categories (classic with or without balcony, superior with or without terrace, family), very simply furnished, renovated in a modern style, very well kept and with all the necessary comforts. The hotel has the advantage of being central and quiet, just a 10-minute walk from the public beach and the pier for the main islands of Venice (10-minute vaporetto ride). The hotel has a restaurant and bar open to all. Pleasant, family-style welcome.

Letto molto comodo, ho dormito molto bene (solitamente faccio fatica a dormire bene in un letto che non è casa mia).
Insonorizzazione dall'esterno ottima. Insonorizzazione tra camere media, ma non c'era troppo rumore. Un altro piccolo appunto che vorrei fare è che la tenda più coprente nella nostra camera era corta (copriva 1/4 della finestra) e quindi entrava un po' di luce alla mattina, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con una mascherina da notte.
Colazione varia e buona, per tutti i gusti.
Lo staff molto cordiale e gentile, pronto a dare tutte le informazioni richieste.
In breve: hotel super consigliato, visto anche i prezzi abbordabili. Se ritorneremo a Venezia ci rialloggeremo sicuramente.
Blizko vaporeta, perfektni spojeni se zbytkem Benatek.
Snidane skromné ale vystaci, kdyz clkvek neni moc narocny.
Recepcni velmi milí a hodni a napomocni.
