Bistronomic restaurant offering a cuisine full of elegance and original flavours
Le Bord d'eau takes up residence in the former JY'S premises (located on the Champ de Mars). The duo Benoît David and Géraldine Laufenburger offer a bistronomic menu full of elegance and original flavors. You can choose your menu (2 or 3 courses) thanks to the menu-card designed by Jean-Yves Schillinger. Everything is delicious, and you'll be spoilt for choice - slipping your fork into your neighbor's plate is often very tempting. The wines that accompany these dishes are perfectly chosen and the service is impeccable, smiling and attentive.
