Bistronomic restaurant offering a cuisine full of elegance and original flavours

Le Bord d'eau takes up residence in the former JY'S premises (located on the Champ de Mars). The duo Benoît David and Géraldine Laufenburger offer a bistronomic menu full of elegance and original flavors. You can choose your menu (2 or 3 courses) thanks to the menu-card designed by Jean-Yves Schillinger. Everything is delicious, and you'll be spoilt for choice - slipping your fork into your neighbor's plate is often very tempting. The wines that accompany these dishes are perfectly chosen and the service is impeccable, smiling and attentive.

C'est l'un de nos restaurants préférés à Colmar (l'autre étant La Chevre Qui Rit - qui est une expérience plus décontractée, mais aussi excellente et délicieuse !) Notre dîner a été extraordinaire dans ce restaurant. L'expérience est haut de gamme et raffinée, mais les prix restent raisonnables. L'ambiance était parfaite, avec des intérieurs modernes et épurés, pour une expérience culinaire paisible et joyeuse. Je pense que ce restaurant serait parfait pour un rendez-vous galant, une réunion entre amis ou une réunion de famille de taille petite à moyenne.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant Bord'eau, tout était à notre entière satisfaction. Service excellent et aimable, le menu complet est un pur régal pour le palais, la sélection de vins est également très belle, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous reviendrons volontiers à la prochaine occasion. Merci.
