Founded in 2014 by Alban Bisch, a true enthusiast, the Alsatian brand Bisch de Bruche now has four charming boutiques across the region. A maestro of nougat, gingerbread and artisanal, traditional confectionery, Alban offers a wide range of sweet treats to bring back from your Alsatian sojourn... or to devour selfishly without pouting your pleasure! Pain d'épice Alsacien, un délice, rien avoir avec ceux du supermarché ou ceux sous emballage.

Excellent accueil !! Très jolie boutique avec de très bon produits locaux (pains épices, pâtes à tartiner , délicieux nougat .....) ! Les vendeurs sont de très bon conseils !! Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce très bon moment !! A bientôt j'espère !!
