Luxury hotel offering rooms decorated with ultra-luxurious furniture and materials for a comfortable stay
This luxury hotel, housed in a historic Spanish colonial building in the heart of Palo Alto, has just been completely renovated and renamed. A beautiful staircase, a large tree in front of the façade, and the sixty-two rooms are adorned with luxurious materials. Attention is paid to detail, with taste and refinement. All are spacious, with white and cobalt-blue Mediterranean tiles to great effect, and classic Victorian furnishings. Il Fornaio Italian restaurant within the hotel.

The amenities and conveniences in room were nice . Their bathroom products are an incredible line, that I forget (my age) but want to buy for myself.
The little night/room light phone charger deviseis such a a simple but great convenience , every hotel should have .
No coffee maker in room but they put out a coffee, tea table in AM in the hallway by elevator so everyone can grab what they prefer. It's a nice set up! No sit down restaurant on prem, room service only. This suited me just fine.
Lots of nice ethnic and American restaurants near by to walk to and grab whatever catches your fancy.
Fitness center was rather limited, one cardio equipment each and free weights. Once again I was in there early and got what I needed. But I can see it getting crowded or not being able to get your equipment of choice during busier times.
