Right in the heart of old downtown, it isn't fancy but it is super comfortable and inviting. The in house manager was *the* most friendly and awesome you could ask for. Rooms and showers were spacious.

This is the oldest building in Homestead, so don't expect the Hilton, but it has character and the7
rooms are all renovated. They are nicer than most generic hotels I've stayed in. And the character cannot be matched. The in house manager was great at helping us.

We did not stay overnight, just had dinner with friends, ABSOLUTELY 5-Star !!
Divine ribeye, and any of the appetizers could be a meal in themselves. Everything we had was delicious, and we had a lot. Even the drinks were fabulous, actually had alcohol and flavor. Every Server was very attentive.
If I was forced to look for some negative to nit-pick about... I would say the should get bigger tables !!! So much good food !!!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was unbeatable— the most central to Biscayne and the Everglades I could find. Rooms were cool and had enough space, and the beds were comfortable. Great restaurants in walking distance and the bar downstairs had a great martini. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Quiet, friendly and clean. We had access to a lovely patio where we could relax and enjoy a drink with the lizards and birds. Friendly staff, close to the Everglades and the Keys.

Cons:Booking email conformation failed to mention live music is played LOUDLY till 11pm on Friday and Saturday
24 hours before reservation the email lets you know , so if you don’t enjoy loud music beware
Beds rough, Towels thin and small
Pros: they will provide more towels upon request which I appreciate and Ivan and Christian will listen which brings this to 5 stars
I would recommend if you’re an adult not if you are bringing kids
Please stop at least once to experience an old hotel once owned by Al Capone and great martinis

Christine is so amazing! I had my wedding at the City Hall Bistro on January 1st 2024 and my new husband and I had a honeymoon suite that night! Christine was so helpful to me in getting vendors where they needed to be and making sure everything was perfect for the rooms. She went above and beyond, and so beautifully decorated the honeymoon suite. It was such a great surprise. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did! She was absolutely amazing ????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room smell, was very noisy from the bar, shower water was a joke, towels were old thin and small not exactly white, no trash removal or maid service, floor was gritty, TV was very small, parking was tight and really not enough when bar was full, Bed was sneaky and old, Was the second worst room I ever had.
I didn’t like it at all and no ghost.

Fantastische hotel- behulpzaam personeel, Schoone kamer en privé parkeerplaats. Zeer Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Alles was vrij nieuw. Onder het hotel is een restaurant waar je heerlijk kan eten

Local business love at City Bistro Hall & Martini Bar in Homestead. Opened 7 months ago. I love to always ask for the history of old buildings. Did you know Hotel Redland is one of the oldest buildings in Homestead? Was built in 1904 and Al Capone stayed at the hotel I'm 1928. The building is a landmark in Homestead. They also say it is haunted because there was a horrible fire in 1913 where many people died????. I loved the adjacent restaurant to the hotel, City Hall Bistro and Martini Bar. Ivan greeted us and escirted us to our table. He made sure we had our drinks. The food fresh and delicious. We started with an appetizer, the fried plantains with shrimp, exquisite and delicious ????.
Our main dish was baby churrasco and steak fries. For desert, we ordered the hot skillet with chocolate chip cookie????, strawberries and ice cream.

There is outside sitting and plenty inside. The restaurant capacity of 120. They also have a cigar room in the back. Plenty of parking. Kids menu. Music certain days of the week. They offer brunch on Sundays.

I highly recommend Ivan as your waiter and the excellent food. 10 ⭐⭐⭐

WOW! While this building have been here for almost 100 years it deff doesn’t look like it! The renovation left all the charm and none of the grime for this place! Such an amazing location and spot! We came here for ghost hunting ( several of the rooms are hot spots! )

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Redland. I have been coming for years and the new management really impressed me. The renovations are such an improvement from what I remember. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a wedding and this place has so much potential. I will say the rooms, the restaurant and common bathrooms are spotless and extremely clean. I would have loved to give a 5 star if it weren’t for the rooms. I believe the rooms could be a bit more decorative with antiques and made to be more presentable. The towels provided are very teeny and thin too. I really believe they could decorate the rooms up as ask a little more to bring up the clientele. Now the 5 star part. The restaurant is excellent. Everything we had was delicious. We had lunch the first day and brunch on Sunday and the food was all excellent. The bar cocktails are yummy too. The staff was amazing. Very personable, attentive and friendly. I’m excited to see what this place becomes.

Great service and food. Drinks were nice as well.
Nice decor and comfy chairs. Parking lot could use a bit of love but I’m confident in their vision. Will definitely be back and bring friends.

We didn’t go up to see the rooms, but I have seen pictures and they look nice, we have eaten here in a few occasions and the food has been good and reasonable , the service is kind of slow , but the servers are attentive and personable ! We enjoy the old historical pictures on the walls and reading all the history , stop in for a bite or a martini !

This restaurant and hotel was recently purchased by a new owner. He refurbished the entire location, including the hotel. The menu has something for everyone. There is also a kids menu. The drinks are excellent and so is the food. Fish dip is a must-have. In the back there is a lounge area where you can watch sports games, and a cigar bar. There is no cigar smell because it is a separate area.
