FRUIT AND SPICE PARK
Park with 500 varieties of tropical fruits and spices in Homestead with many events throughout the year
Established in 1944 on the fertile land of Redland, the park is home to more than 500 varieties of tropical fruits, spices, nuts and herbs. For example, there are 180 varieties of mango, 70 varieties of bamboo and 40 varieties of banana. The walk through its huge fields is unique. The visit by streetcar is also a very good option. If it is not possible to pick the fruit directly from the trees, you can pick up the ones that have fallen on the ground. Many events are organized throughout the year.
