My wife and I both had a great time staying at hotel.
There are SOOO many different amenities offered by this hostel that you will not find anywhere else.
The staff was very kind and courteous towards our needs and went above and beyond all expectations.

ATTENTION!!! This was me and my boyfriend’s first time staying at a hostel, previously not knowing what it was, but this is our deduction: this hostel was a dirty, dangerous nightmare. To start off, there are NO private bathrooms (for 20-ish guests) and when we walked through the hall, there was a 50-ish year old man with his pants halfway down shuffling to the bathroom. The kitchen was a straight up horror movie, with no sanitation whatsoever. Disgusting floors and pile of dirty food everywhere. The cook was sweaty and we definitely didn’t trust him to cook food. This hostel is in an extremely dangerous place, the neighborhood was dark and run down, we did NOT feel safe. Most of the guests who stayed there were just looking for a place to crash until they find another place to live. Basically a glorified homeless shelter. The manager even told us that the guests who stay there are CRAZY DRUG ADDICTS. He showed us drawing on the walls and laughed while saying the people who did that were probably on LSD… he also told us that we cannot pick up/pet the koi fish in the koi pond (which we didn’t want to in the first place.) He told us that guests have done it previously… overall, rancid, dangerous, and homeless/druggies everywhere. Worst part was that we decided not to stay and didn’t get our $72 back for that night.

18 mins from Biscayne NP. Near Everglades. Two great restaurants literally next door.
I could not believe the beautiful ficus tree with climbing net. So laid back. Some areas are a work in progress - I'm cool with that. I will always stay here when in the area. Great hostel experience. Clean sheets and bathroom.

Nice place for a party. Nice ambience and friendly staff!

Unfortunately, it's extremely close to a crime área. You can only rent by the hour or for two weeks at the most. That says nothing good about what kind of people rent there.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Awful smell in the building, and the people who were there were very awkward. We left after seeing cockroaches in the room. As well as the showers having mold in them and on the shoeer curtains. All around an awful experience. ???? booked under the person I was with.

Most hostiles cater to hikers bikers and nomads. That is not the case for this. Caters to mostly groups and parties foreign Nationals. Nevertheless I still had a great stay

This is my first time returning to Hoosville Hostel after visiting there my first time in November 2019 when I covered the NASCAR race at Homestead Miami. I went for a weekend and ended up staying till covid hit in March of 2020. Once everything started closing down in Miami I decided it was time to go home. I went home and had to quarantine for two weeks ???? it was great to return.

Let me just tell you how amazing this little place is!! my girlfriends were very skeptical, but I knew as soon as I walked up that I was in my element. I am a bit of a weirdo! So this place was perfect for me. The pool is a perfect temperature, especially for just the four of us hanging out. The treehouse was absolutely amazing but I do recommend wearing kneepads as my knees are all cut up. Lol! we had the library room which was extremely clean. Everyone on the property was super sweet! We even shared some bohemian stew with one of the local residence there. It was delicious and I even sucked a chicken side. The Mexican restaurant next-door is amazing! The bunny rabbits are adorable! And I could go on and on about the outdoor showers and how amazing they were at 7 AM. we were 20 minutes from snorkeling and John Pennekamp and Key Largo. We were 20 minutes from the blue Lagoon farm where we went. Cliff diving the next day. Whenever I go down south, I will never stay anywhere else again! I look forward to taking my son next month for his birthday!

Stayed in two different private rooms on separate nights on a road trip. Convenient location between Miami, biscayne and the keys. Rooms were clean, the courtyard was awesome, and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of security cameras monitoring the guest fridge/kitchen area and card locked doors on all the rooms which was appreciated

Justin helped us around after we got there late at night. He gave us the tour and was very nice. Beds were clean and made.

We enjoyed the courtyard with its pool and treehouse. Great stay

This place is eccentric. The fenced private courtyard is amazing! Led lit palms with waterfall, a climb on tree canopy, historic buildings right out of a storybook. Employees were great.

Stayed there with my girlfriend to recharge after a night of mosquitoes and rain in Everglades National Park. The owner, Mike, and all of his staff are welcoming and sociable. Interior is a little run-down, but clean and vibrant. The backyard will take your breath away. This place is his passion project, he bought it in total disrepair and has put 5ish years now into renovating the place for young travelers looking for some nightlife fun and affordable accommodations. He also hosts reggae parties during holidays, with a fog machine, lasers, and DJ. Mike and the crew have big plans for their hostel, and he’ll gladly chat with you all morning about it. Can’t wait to go back for a NYE party once his smoothie bar (using local produce) and his Caribbean food stand get finished. Seriously, if you’re okay with a communal bathroom, come stay at a slice of Jamaican paradise right between Everglades and Key Largo.

is a CATASTROPHE. .quelqu'un of the guide really ale, we doubt it?? the night dearest and worst our stay (€300 has 4!)
FORGET the pus quickly - incidentally, my children have compares the camp hippie of the drnier film OSS117 has RIO
as well as the island San marco described as a paradise of houses on stilts... a succession of towers and hotels? someone is ale of the guide, we also doubt it - in short, not follow
what a disappointment!

old hacienda?

we expected has to find us in the heart of the countryside but it is nothing. the hacienda, if you can describe it as such, is located on the edge of the road has a few blocks has your of the custom 1... tranquillity has to re-examine.

if the atmosphere that reigns recalls a bit woodstock, the nonchalance owner absolutely did not charm us...

indeed it hosted us at the end of exit, fifteen minutes of one of the rooms dishevelled, followed by very close by a man also mussed and perspiring...

something to wonder about the back of the decor.
