It is not quite a zoo like in Europe, focused on animal welfare. Attractions are organized with some animals (elephants, crocodiles, monkeys) and tourists are photographed with baby tigers. It's an animal show, a bit like the circus! The animals, locked in pens or tiny cages, are in poor condition, and the zoo's facilities are dilapidated. In fact, the elephant Dumbo, died in 2019. A cruel and sad spectacle, strongly discouraged to children.
