At the entrance of Eguisheim coming from Colmar, at the beginning of the main street just after the Wolfgerber cellar, this charming hotel is not lacking in arguments to seduce you! It is set in a superb half-timbered house typical of the 16th century in Alsace and reveals an interior that is both warm and modern. Its rooms and suites are distinguished as much by their decoration, which harmoniously combines natural materials and vitaminized colours, as by their top-of-the-range services. Add to this an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy delicious local dishes in the dining room or on the terrace.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber auf Bildern habe ich gesehen, dass es auch größere gibt. Für eine Nacht war das aber vollkommen ausreichend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mit Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt. Es war nicht wahnsinnig viel Auswahl, aber für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei und der Service war auch hier wieder zuvorkommend. So stelle ich mir ein kleines Mittelklassehotel vor. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gern noch einmal wieder. Denn das Hotel liegt in der historischen Ortsmitte, die aussieht als wurde sie aus einem Märchen abgepaust und überzeugt mit süßen Gassen und vielen kleinen Restaurants, wo man auch den in der Umgebung angebauten Wein probieren/kaufen kann.
Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der mal etwas anderes als große Hotelkomplexe erleben möchte.

Breakfast is good and worth it (no bacon but there's eggs you can boil yourself and the continental breakfast items are all top notch). You can't dine here at the moment (such a shame as the restaurant is lovely) so bear that in mind and there's plenty of places in the town (Café Heuhaus is my recommendation).
Parking is off-street and good. If you look at pictures you'll see an archway - you drive in there and there are several spaces. Best to pre-book that and it's 7 euros per night at the time of writing.
