VILLA WIDMANN FOSCARI
Don't miss this villa which illustrates all the charm and refinement of the 18th century.
This 18th-century marvel illustrates all the charm and refinement of that century. Erected by the Serimann family, Venetians of Persian origin, the villa owes its current appearance to the refurbishments carried out by its next owners, the Widmanns, who introduced the French Rocaille style. The central body became the perfect setting for sumptuous receptions, where the ball was often accompanied by dinners, games and other entertainments. The interior is decorated with frescoes from the Tiepolo school.
