Elegant brewery founded by the Austrian Otto Wipflinger, who was the first to produce, import and distribute Austrian and German beers in Italy. The establishment is still in the hands of the founder's family. The rooms are decorated in Liberty style, with painted ceilings, woodwork and mirrors, leather benches and exceptional seats. On the plate, the cuisine is faithful to tradition, honest in its prices as in its portions.

Arredamento classico, sobrio ed elegante. Cena per due a base di pesce: bruschette di pesci vari, scampi crudi con olio miele limone. Come seconda portata filetto di tonno con sesamo e verdure saltate, e branzino al forno alla mediterranea con patate, olive capperi e pomodorini, infine dessert: sorbetto di mango e rum ed ananas, accompagnato da Porto Ruby.
Decisamente soddisfacente la sapidità di tutti i piatti. Migliorabile la presentazione. Si è bevuto al calice bollicine trento doc: contenuta la scelta, mentre buona la carta dei vini. Il menù è a base di piatti di pesce e carne. Servizio puntuale e cortese.

Prezzi medio alti per quanto mangiato...
Mi raccomando, PRENOTARE. Sulla porta all'ingresso, un cartello informava che il locale era tutto esaurito.
