Elegant brewery founded by the Austrian Otto Wipflinger, who was the first to produce, import and distribute Austrian and German beers in Italy. The establishment is still in the hands of the founder's family. The rooms are decorated in Liberty style, with painted ceilings, woodwork and mirrors, leather benches and exceptional seats. On the plate, the cuisine is faithful to tradition, honest in its prices as in its portions.

Su suggerimento di Chef Borghese siamo andati. Cibo buono, nulla da dire ma servito frettolosamente. Fanno oramai i doppi se non tripli turni. Il conto un pò salato. Non hanno una carta dei vini e su mia richiesta mi han portato una bollicina. Non lasciano la bottiglia e quando finisce il calice lo rabboccano. A calice 8€ mi è parso un pò troppo per un vino che non so nemmeno cosa fosse. Baccalà con uno spinone grossissimo (può capitare). Dolci molto buoni.
Avrei gradito più cura e lentezza e qualche eurino in meno.

Incuriosito dalla vittoria delle trasmissioni di 4 ristoranti e trovandomi nei pressi di Bassano del Grappa ho deciso di cenare in questo ristorante.
Il locale, molto bello ed accogliente, è dotato di due sale distinte.
Ho avuto modo di assaggiare piatti veramente molto buoni.
Il personale molto gentile e disponibile vi farà sentire come a casa.
Assolutamente consigliato!!
