MUSEO DELLA CERAMICA E MUSEO REMONDINI
Small museum in an elegant palace housing printing collections from the 17th to the 19th century.
The Palazzo Sturm houses a collection of majolica, porcelain and various ceramics: more than 2,000 pieces, from the Middle Ages to the 19th century, are exhibited in chronological order. The same eighteenth-century palace also houses a museum dedicated to printing (la stampa). The collections of the Remondini family of printers are presented here. Books, printed papers, prints, etchings (including some by Dürer, Canaletto and Mantegna) and xylographs are remarkable.
