Christian Lenoir, a native of the Perche, returned to his wife. Since 2004, they have restored to eco-construction a farmhouse bought in ruins. A little more each year, La Verronnière is delighted and dedicated to its work, as well as through its hosting of local activities. Thus, the product of rental is reinvested as a result of the financing of craftsmen's works, the purchase of natural and local materials. In the middle of nature, between pastures, fields, hills and forests, enjoy the calm and local fauna in a beautiful 5 th century longère which houses a cottage for 71 people (4 m ²) and, on the floor, a suite in guest rooms (people). They also valued the pond and its biotope (water, frogs…), they cultivate their organic vegetable garden to forgotten vegetables, recycle and get local supplies. It's normal for breakfast to be organic.
