Organic craft micro-brewery in Lonlay-l'Abbaye offering training courses.
Based on the principle that beer is a noble product in the same way as wine, the owners have built a small wooden castle for their organic craft micro-brewery to brew and promote local beer! Produced from organic cereals and several varieties of hops from England, Alsace and the Czech Republic, the beer comes in a variety of varieties: amber, white, brown and blond, like the "Triple des Bâtisseurs", which won a medal in 2021. Want to start brewing your own beers? We offer training courses for amateurs and future brewers.
