Troutbeck Resort resembles our Western-style golf hotels: a cozy atmosphere in the middle of nature and very friendly. The establishment is very popular and will delight golf lovers. Some of the rooms with fireplaces have a view of the lake and the 18-hole golf course, so you'll want to choose this side of the room because it has a balcony. They offer a private bathroom, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and television. The central lounge is located in a beautiful glass roof and the surroundings are peaceful and green.

Was disappointed with the lack of professionalism when dealing with an issue by a guard which should have been delt with by management. Food expensive and bland. Not a good experience at all.

The hotel is in the coldest part of Zimbabwe but yooooo, you wont even feel the cold in the rooms. The electric blankets are just a touch above the rest. I Love love love this resort! Would definitely go back.
