Just a few blocks from the center of town, you wouldn't necessarily stop at this establishment, and yet! La Barracuda is a small, authentic fish restaurant, typical of the island. It offers a warm welcome and serves fish, octopus, shrimp and other seafood specialties, including the best ceviche to share. Portions are generous and prices unbeatable. If you're not feeling hungry, try the tostadas. Their agua de jamaica (hibiscus water) is also excellent and refreshing, perfect for warding off the island heat.
