In a superb wooden building, virtually suspended above the lake, the restaurant welcomes you under a vast palapa roof. The decor is both charming and airy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offers a selection of local and international dishes. Our favorite is theaguachile, a Mexican variation on shrimp ceviche, with lime juice, chillies and coriander. The service is impeccable. The place is also ideal for breakfast or a snack at any time. An address not to be missed!
