LOBSTER ALIVE
Art and Sam Taylor, father and son, were suppliers of lobsters to hotels and restaurants in Barbados before they went into the restaurant business. Art still travels back and forth to Bequia, in the Grenadines, to pick up his precious crustaceans, which are then stored live in a large fish tank. The lobsters are therefore fresh and delicious, cooked in seawater or thermidor. You'll also find lobster spring rolls, samosas and conch chowder. The restaurant, which opens onto the beach, regularly hosts jazz concerts.
