If you ask Barbadians where to eat the best fish cutters on the island, there's a 90% chance you'll be told "Chez Cuzz's". This humble blue-and-yellow shack doesn't look like much, with just a big table to eat at, and yet! No extensive menu here, just grilled fish, with or without cheese, single or double for gourmands, with alternatives (cheese or egg) with a lettuce leaf, and basta. You season with the sauces at hand, add a drink and enjoy on the beach.
