This park, inaugurated on the eve of the declaration of the Republic in 2021, was created to be a place of reflection. Primarily dedicated to national hero Clement Payne, a 1930s trade unionist known for his fiery speeches and motto: "Educate, agitate, but do not infringe". In addition to his bust, a collage wall of objects from his era evokes the conditions of the time. Other works decorate the park, such as the Wall of Builders, a tribute to the country's unknown heroes.
