Whether it's a coffee at sunrise or a cocktail at sunset over Oistins Bay, Surfer's Café is a place we love to come back to. The atmosphere is super-relaxed in this beach bistro, as is the decor: waxed concrete floors, dark wood tables and chairs that have lived through the years... A must is to grab one of the two tables suspended above the sand. This is the perfect opportunity to try the buljol, a Trinidadian salad made with chopped salt cod, tomatoes, chillies and coriander, served with crackers. Live music on Thursdays and top-notch service.
