This annual festival, which takes place every Easter weekend, celebrates fishing and everything that goes with it.

This annual festival, not to be confused with the Friday night Oistins Fish Fry, celebrates fishing and all that goes with it: the work of the fishmongers, the food... In fact, it's one of Barbados' biggest festivals. It's a unique opportunity to see fishermen compete in skills competitions such as net casting, boat racing and fish carving. Not forgetting the inevitable soca concerts and a special feature: the traditional Easter bonnet-making workshop.
