Just at the entrance to Paynes Bay, The Cliff is a restaurant perched on a cliff overlooking the sea. Two-starred chef Matt Worswick offers a menu combining Bajan and European cuisine with Asian touches, such as snapper, saffron risotto, cucumber pickles and coconut-crusted shrimp, or miso-lacquered eggplant. The restaurant also boasts a sumptuous sushi bar. From the decor to the dishes, everything here exudes finesse. Tip for enjoying the ambience without breaking the bank: the Cliff's upstairs is home to the Twilight Bar, open before sunset.
