The Tides offers one of the best culinary experiences on the island. First, the location: an old seaside house transformed into a gastronomic temple. Choose from a variety of dining spaces (we recommend the Treehouse, an open space with trees peeking through the ceiling). Wherever you dine, the view of the sea is magnificent. The menu offers cuisine with a variety of influences (Caribbean, Italian, Japanese...), finely executed (we recommend the fish or seafood dishes). The bar, also an art gallery, is well worth a visit.
