This beautiful hotel just north of Folkestone Marine Park is part of the Elegant Hotels group, which has recently been taken over by the Marriott group. It will be undergoing renovation until spring 2025. There's no doubt that the charm of what was once a colonial-style house will be preserved, as will the beautiful four-poster beds (some rooms have direct access to the pool). Special features: an organic vegetable garden for their restaurants, the possibility of accompanying the chef on fishing trips and a water cab to visit the group's other hotels.
